沖泡方法 Brewing Guidance
熱泡 |
每 3g 茶葉加入 300亳升水95-98°C熱水,浸泡 4-5 分鐘。每份茶葉當天可重複沖泡 3 次。
冷泡|
每 5g 茶葉加入 1000亳升常溫水,浸泡於雪櫃 6-8 小時。每份茶葉只可冷泡 1 次。
Hot Brew |
Adding 300ml 95-98°C boiled water in 3g tea leave, and steep for 4 - 5 minutes. Each sample could be brewed repeatedly for 3 times a day.
Cold Brew |
Adding 1000ml room temperature boiled water in 5g tea leave, and steep for 6 - 8 hours in fridge. Each sample could be brewed once only.
